Rick Debe has been in the insurance industry for 41 years. He has worked for several prominent companies, including State Farm and Farmers Insurance Group. However, he chose to become an independent agent to better serve his customers and offer a wider range of policies, at more affordable prices.

      Rick has won many industry awards for sales and service to his clients. He maintains high ethical standards and strives to provide concise and understandable guidance to individuals, families and businesses alike.  

      Rick is also deeply involved in Rotary International. He maintains many leadership positions within the Club and District levels. His cornerstone attribute will always be known as "Service above self." This is also one of the core principals held by all Rotarians worldwide.

      He has been married for 44 years and has two daughters. He is a private pilot, an avid outdoorsman, enjoys working with people and being involved in the community.

Rose Seidel became a team member of DBI Insurance in 2019. She feels DBI's greatest asset is our ability to offer a number of insurance companies and options to clients, catering to their individual needs. When not at the office, Rose likes to hang out with her family, whether it's Packers game time or dinner get-togethers. Spending time in the warm weather, reading and finding new places to see are a few of the things she enjoys, as well as having great times with friends.
